Al Saraya Resort is being constructed on a 75,400sqm plot of land. It consists of 20 buildings in total. 18 buildings are residential with units of different types and sizes and 2 commercial buildings. Every building consists of 4 floors. Constructions occupy 20% of the total area of the land meant for the project whereas the rest 80% are public green areas for residents.

Construction
Construction works inside the project are done with the help of the 'Flat Slap' method which enables easy re-planning of the interior area of any unit.
