40 % when we sign the contract

The charge for this will on annual basis and is guaranteed to be kept for a period of 5 years. After 5 years this amount will only be raised at the rate of inflation or an agreed amount will be set and guaranteed for the following 5 years.
The fees:
- Studio 800 $
- 1 Bedroom 900 $
- 2 bedrooms 1000 $
- 3 Bedrooms 1100 $
Facilities that will be covered by the maintenance and management charge are as follows:
1- 24hr manned security.
2- Onsite lifeguard (set times through the day) .
3- Cleaning of the swimming pools.
4- Cleaning of the gardens and public areas.
5- Children's play area
6- Satellite TV, Telephone and internet points to all properties.
7- Electricity within public areas.
8- Water supply within the public areas.
9- General maintenance of the public area.
10- General maintenance of gymnasium.
11- Taxi service including airport pick-ups.
12- Courtesy bus to golf, downtown and beaches.
13- 3 yearly re-generation / external decoration program.
14- Weekly refuse collection.
Facilities that will not covered by the maintenance and management charge are as follows:
• Laundry / maid service (local charge applies)
• Café with internet business centre (local charge applies)
• Sight seeing tour operator (local charge applies)
• Full rental management service (local charge applies)
• Fully equipped gymnasium
